Personal time off is vital to the success and well-being of our employees. Because of this, we offer the opportunity to accrue generous paid time off once you hit the 30-day mark with Ocwen. In addition, giving back is important to Ocwen which is why we provide full-time employees with 8 hours a year (4 hours a year if you are part time) paid time off to volunteer with the non-profit organization of choice.

Tuition Reimbursement

If you’re a full-time employee with us and are pursuing higher education to aid with your performance at Ocwen, you may be eligible for our tuition reimbursement program.

401K

We believe it is important to plan ahead for your and your family’s future. Ocwen’s 401K plan matches 50 cents for every dollar you put in up to 6% of your eligible earnings.

We also offer voluntary life insurance that you can purchase at reduced group rates for additional protection. You can also insure your spouse and your children with the voluntary life insurance.

Disability

Short-term disability and long-term disability benefits are available to ensure you have income when a disability prevents you from doing your job. Ocwen will be there to make sure you receive the income you need while you recover.

Affinity Groups

Ocwen Global Women’s Network (OGWN) is an affinity group whose mission is to support recruitment, development and retention initiatives for women across the organization. Aspire is OGWN’s Mentorship Program that allows women leaders at the Manager through Director levels to tap into the knowledge, skills and experience of executives in order to facilitate professional development through 1:1 workplace mentoring relationships.
